Located in the Colorado Springs Real Estate area and on the north side of Colorado Springs is the Kettle Creek subdivision. The subdivision is part of the Briargate real estate area. Commuting
Kettle Creek is a good choice for a Colorado Springs Military Relocation, with homes near the Air Force Academy and Peterson AFB real estate. The United States Air Force Academy is an approximate 15 minute drive from Kettle Creek. The trip to Peterson is about 20 minutes and North Academy Boulevard is approximately 10 minutes. The Kettle Creek subdivision is located close to I-25 and offers convenient access to the Denver or Pueblo areas.

Recreation
North of Old Ranch Road and on Powers Boulevard is the undeveloped future site of the Lawrence Ochs Sports Complex. The complex will sit on 60.3 acres of land in the Kettle Creek subdivision. The sports complex is named after the former mayor of Colorado Springs, Larry Ochs.

The Chapel Hills Mall is located off of Highway 83 which borders the subdivision to the west. The Mall offers countless shops and movie theaters.

Kettle Creek is close to North Academy Boulevard where there is endless shopping and different types of restaurants. Everything from home improvement stores to natural health food stores can be found on North Academy Boulevard not far from the Kettle Creek subdivision. North Academy Boulevard is a venue of restaurants. The boulevard includes fast food to fine dining choices.

The Promenade Shops at Briargate are located 5 minutes from Kettle Creek. The shops offer name brand name shopping as well as a few restaurants.
