 Broadmoor Bluffs The Broadmoor Bluffs Subdivision is located in the southwestern El Paso County real estate area in the foothills of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Mule deer, elk, foxes, coyotes, red-tailed hawks, and wild turkeys can be seen in the park. There are over 100 species of birds that migrate or reside in the park. Located close to the Broadmoor's Mountain Golf Course and the Country Club of Colorado, golf is plentiful in the surrounding real estate areas. The Broadmoor area has three golf courses; the mountain golf course is one of them. The Country Club of Colorado has an 18-hold golf course as well. Pikes Peak Community College is located close to the subdivision to continue your education or just do something new. Restaurants and shopping are abundant on the east side of Highway 115. |
