 Cheyenne Hills In the southwest Colorado Springs real estate area is the Cheyenne Hills Subdivision. This Subdivision is located in the Cheyenne Mountain real estate area. Cheyenne Hills was established in 1979-1985. The MJ Brock neighborhood in the Subdivision was established in 1971-1980. This popular and affordable community is located near Quail Lake and Quail Lake Park, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Some of the homes have mountain views.

The Colorado Springs World Arena is the home of the Colorado College Tiger Hockey Team and the host site for family events, sports events, and concerts. The Broadmoor Towne Center is just minutes away from the Cheyenne Hills Subdivision to the north. The Center has retails stores, shopping, and restaurants. To the east are more shopping and restaurant areas, including a Target store. Quail Lake Park is located in the Cheyenne Hills Subdivision. The Park is a city park with a basketball court, non-motorized boating, fishing, picnic area, playground, large group shelter, and sledding area. The Park also has two sand volleyball courts. The Park is 113.0 acres in area and is handicapped accessible. The Quail Lake Fitness Trail offers hiking, biking, walking and jogging. The Trail is 1 mile long loop and has a cement sidewalk on Quail Lake Road with gravel on the rest of the trail. |
