 Old Farm Surrounding an old farm with a silo still standing, the Old Farm Subdivision is located beneath a hill in El Paso County, Colorado. This East Colorado Springs real estate neighborhood was established in 1978-1986. The Old Farm real estate area is a popular, trendy area with mature trees and landscaping. Austin Bluffs to the south takes you to a spectacular new King Soopers store, 24 Hour Fitness, Dollar Store, Tuesday Morning, Performance Bike shop, Frazzolis, Old Chicago, Hancock Fabrics, Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King, McDonalds, Sonic Drive-In, and many more restaurants and shops in approximately 5 minutes. Five minutes to the north on Austin Bluffs takes you by a Walgreens and 7-Eleven store. Austin Bluffs intersects with Academy Boulevard. There are many shopping and restaurant opportunities along Academy Boulevard as well. To the east is the infamous Powers Corridor with endless shopping and dining experiences available. |
