Academy Boulevard is also a main north/south road through Colorado Springs. A King Soopers, a movie theater, and many restaurants and fast food opportunities are located on Academy Boulevard. Academy Boulevard is located west from the Clear View Estates Subdivision.

The Security and Widefield Subdivisions of Colorado Springs are located south of the Clear View Estates real estate area. Both Subdivisions have shopping, dining, and restaurants available.
