 Mesa Vista-Wild Oak Farms The Mesa Vista and Wild Oak Farms Subdivisions are located in El Paso County, Colorado in the City of Fountain, Colorado. These areas, just southeast of Colorado Springs real estate have townhomes and single family residences for sale. The Mesa Vista Subdivision was established in 2002-2005 and has townhomes for sale that were built in the 2000s. The Mesa Vista real estate area includes new townhomes that were built in 2008 that have distinct living concepts. The Wild Oak Farms real estate area was established in 1994-2005. The townhomes and homes for sale are close to the original historical Fountain Valley real estate area. The John Metcalfe City Park borders the Mesa Vista/Wild Oak Farms real estate areas to the south. The City of Colorado Springs is less than 15 minutes away from both Subdivisions.
Mesa Vista There are some townhomes that have a business and residential concept. You can own your own business on the bottom floor and live upstairs. There are ranch style, 2 level, bi-level, tri-level, and 4 level houses in this real estate area. Most of the homes were built from the mid 1980s-mid 1990s, but there are a few homes that were built in the mid 2000s. A lot of the homes built in the 2000s have master suites with 5 piece bathrooms. Recreation A portion of the John Metcalfe City Park is located on the south border of the Mesa Vista real estate area. The other portion of the park is in the Countryside Subdivision. The Park has a playground, riding and roping arena, a skateboard park, covered picnic areas, and baseball fields. A 54 foot gazebo is available through private reservations. The John Metcalfe Park is located on Ohio Street. All of the City of Colorado Springs amenities are close by as well as other City of Fountain amenities. |
