 Jackson Creek The charming and stylish subdivision of Jackson Creek in the Monument real estate area was established in 1998-2007. New homes with unique architecture are still being built in the subdivision. Classic Homes, Goetzmann Custom Home, Saddletree Homes, and Vision Designed Homes are some of the builders in the subdivision. Jackson Creek is located north of the Colorado Springs real estate area, east of Interstate 25. The Jackson Creek real estate area offers homes for sale with curb appeal and beautifully manicured lawns. Remington Hill is the newest neighborhood in the Jackson Creek subdivision. The Jackson Creek Subdivision is a quiet neighborhood close to shopping with outdoor recreation areas nearby. Neighboring Communities Situated to the west of the Jackson Creek Subdivision is the town of Monument. Monument is a historical town located on the west side of Interstate 25. The golf course is an 18-hole semi-private golf course that is open to the public. The Gleneagle Club offers tennis, swimming, and social events. The Club is located in the Gleneagle Subdivision to the south of the Jackson Creek real estate area. Across from Lewis-Palmer High School is the Tri-Lakes YMCA. The YMCA opened in April 2008 and has a gym, pool, wellness/fitness center, exercise room synthetic turf field, and a 1 mile running trail. The new Monument Marketplace, an 88-acre retail center, is located on Jackson Creek Parkway. The Marketplace has a Home Depot, Kohl's, Wells Fargo, Staples, Wal-Mart, PetsMart, U.S. Taekwondo, Rotelli's Pizza & Pasta, Chilis, Farmers Insurance, Blockbuster, Tan Your Hide, Supercuts, Liquormart, Texas Roadhouse, and Taste of Life. A cleaners, coffee house, nail & spa, postal annex, Big City Burrito, Verizon Wireless, and Premiere Urgent Care are also located in the Monument Marketplace. |
