![]() University Park In the Northeast Colorado Springs real estate area of El Paso County is the eloquent University Park Subdivision. The Subdivision is in the City of Colorado Springs real estate area and backs to the spectacular Austin Bluffs Open Space. The Open Space is 585.5 acres in area and has trails winding throughout the open space. University Park was established in 1979-1980 with some homes built prior to the 1970s in the community.
