![]() Holland Park Holland Park is a desirable Westside location in the Colorado Springs real estate area. This charming, well-established west real estate area was established in 1959. It's a great place to take your dog for a walk, or go hiking. Horseback riding is offered and rock climbing is allowed in the park. A visitor's center greets you at the entrance of the park. Shopping is close by the Holland Park real estate area. A grocery store is located in the subdivision and many small shops. The Chapel Hills Mall is located north off of Interstate 25. Shopping on the Westside in Old Colorado City is not far away. The Flying W Ranch, a working mountain cattle ranch is located to the northwest of the subdivision. The Ranch offers authentic western dinners and entertainment. Further south from the Ranch is the Valley Swim Club which offers memberships for summer swimming. Artsports Gymanstics Center is located in the eastern part of subdivision. This training center has 23 trampolines and offers a variety of classes. |
