Pikes Peak Panorama Subdivision and Sand Creek Subdivision are located to the east of the Crestline real estate area. Sand Creek also borders the Subdivision to the east. The Eastborough neighborhood is situated to the north of the Crestline Subdivision. Valley Hi Golf Course and Roy Benavidez Park are located across South Academy Boulevard to the west of the Subdivision. To the south of Crestline are mostly business properties.

Commuting
Bordering South Academy Boulevard to the west and Airport Road to the north, the Crestline Subdivision is an excellent Colorado Springs Military Relocation choice. Choosing Airport Road to the north takes you to Peterson Air Force Base in approximately 8 minutes. Peterson Air Force Base real estate is an approximate 3.05 mile distance from the Crestline real estate area. Traveling south on Academy Boulevard takes you to Fort Carson in approximately 15 minutes. It is an approximate 8.62 mile journey to Fort Carson real estate. Academy Boulevard is a main north/south thoroughfare through the City of Colorado Springs.

Recreation
There are two city parks, Prairie Grass City Park and Sagebrush City Park situated in the Crestline real estate area. Prairie Grass Park is a 5.1 acre park with a .15 mile sidewalk loop. The park offers basketball, a skateboard area, picnic area, playground, and climbing rock. The Sagebrush Park offers basketball, a playground, picnic area, soccer field, and a trail and sidewalk paths. The Park is 4.7 acres in area. Both parks are handicapped accessible.

Close to the Crestline Subdivision to the south is the Southeast YMCA. The YMCA is located near Sierra Park and Sierra High School. The YMCA is a family recreational facility with two swimming pools, computer clubhouse for children, and offers a variety of group exercise classes and sports.

The Hancock Plaza is an approximate 10 minute drive from the Crestline real estate area. The Shopping Center has a large King Soopers and is surrounded by additional retail stores. The Dollar Tree, The Arc, and Crickett are some of the stores by King Soopers. Between the shopping centers and the Crestline Subdivision is a McDonalds, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Subway and many more restaurant opportunities. Bally’s fitness club and Hollywood videos are also located along South Academy Boulevard. Sam’s Club is located in the Crestline Subdivision. The Citadel Mall is an approximate 10 minute drive to the north.
