![]() Old Colorado City Old Colorado City is located in El Paso County, Colorado in the west Colorado Springs real estate area. In the mid 1800s Colorado City was a key point for sending mining supplies to South Park. In the late 1800s the Golden Cycle Mill processed much of the gold ore discovered in Cripple Creek, Colorado. The park has a baseball/softball field, a multi-play court, two horseshoe courts, a picnic area, a large group picnic area with shelter, a playground, a sidewalk path, and two tennis courts. Vermijo City Park is 4.5 acres in area. The Park has a baseball field, basketball court, a playground, and sidewalk paths. The Bott City Park is a 3.9 acre park and has a basketball court, multi-play court, a playground, a picnic area with shelter, and two tennis courts. The Bristol City Park is 3.2 acre park with picnic facilities available. |
